Special Education Teacher

Western Foothills Regional Program is seeking a classroom teacher to join our collaborative therapeutic school team serving students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Teachers work closely with education technicians, social workers, related service providers, and families to provide individualized academic instruction within a supportive, relationship-based learning environment. Our teachers help students build academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and self-regulation skills while recognizing and building upon each student's strengths. The ultimate goal of our program is to help students experience success at school and develop the skills needed to successfully transition back to their community schools.
